Pop Vocal Course

A Vocal Student Must Read :

Music learning comprises of many components other than classroom lessons. Aside from strengthening vocal techniques, we are also concerned about students' presentation and performance. We groom our students to eventually be able to handle microphone techniques and stage performance. Regular student performances will allow students to have a more eclectic and wholesome understanding of performance. Performance level students will also be encouraged to join us in outdoor performances where they will receive exposure to more sizeable mass audience.

In nurturing our students to be good singers and performers, we also hope to help potential students fulfill their dreams in singing as their musical career. Avenues for the latter include: recording artistes, background vocal singers, jingle/demo singers, voice-overs, music sessionists, arrangers, composers and stage performers. However, we would like to reinstate that we are true believers of good music and do not offer empty promises of stardom and fame. Nevertheless, we do hope that with our knowledge, experience and contact with the musical world that more potential singers , performers and musicians could be groomed, and have opportunities to share their talents with the world.

Here are some of our vocal instructors:

Replugged Music Teaching Approach:

Being able to extend the vocal ranges of students is indeed important, but many mistake that for yelling or screaming to reach the most uncomfortable notes when the vocal folds are just not ready for that stretch. We believe in scientifically researched and approved methods of teaching which are effective in delivering tone, range and style.

At the Replugged Music, we are always open to the latest, sound and effective methods of teaching and coaching singing from various sources around the world carefully studied by our very own instructors so as to maintain the highest standards of teaching and to achieve the best results possible from our students.

We also encourage our students to select their own songs/repertoire (with advice and guidance from instructors) so as that they can stay focussed and progressively work towards their goals.

Pop Vocal Course is divided into 3 different stages. Students will go through an assessment at the end of each stage. The duration for each stage may vary slightly.
